aarenet

The Swiss company is a specialized and high-quality provider of VoIP services and equipment for the communications industry in the IP market. The systems and services of Aarenet are offered to Telecom Service Provider (TSP), Internet Service Providers (ISP), City Carriers, Cable TV Companies, Utilities and Enterprises. Based on a modular architecture Aarenet delivers turn-key systems or managed services designed to the customer’s needs. Systems and services are custom designed, implemented on time, deployed in excellent quality and operated in highest availability.

Following the incorporation of the Partner Agreement in June 2020, CSM and Aarenet have adapted and enhanced their systems to enable interoperability. This resulted in a solution where the CSM contact centre solution and the Aarenet VoIP platform interact to enable all voice communications for the connected contact centre agents. The release of Aarenet’s new Cloud PBX offering in July 2021, together with the supervisor features which are part of the newest release 7.5, forms the base for a new Cloud-based Contact Centre offering, targeting to address small and mid-sized companies. Especially this specific market segment will benefit from a hosted solution and may use the full suite of the functionality provided by CSM’s state-of-the-art Contact Centre.

Microsoft

Microsoft is our main technology partner in terms of software development. Most of the tools that we use in development are from Microsoft. We have maintained a long-term relationship with Microsoft and have acquired the following competence levels: Gold Communications (application development and solution implementation for Skype for Business), Silver Application Development, and we act as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV). We cooperate in extensive projects related to, and supply certified accessories for, Skype for Business.
